Question by momofone: What are some great games/decorations/gifts/food/other for a baby shower?
Looking for some ideas for my sisters baby shower. She does not know what she will be having and will not be finding out. Due in November, shower will be end of sept. Any creative ideas on anything for the shower would be great! Thanks.

At my shower for my son we played a great game that everyone loved..You put a bunch of baby objects on name tags and put them in a hat..example: baba..crib..formula..and so on..As all the guests come into the party they pick a name tag and put it on..For the rest of the shower everyone had to call them by whatever was on the name tag..If they messed up and called them by their real name they had to put 10 cents into babys first piggy bank..I loved it and so did my guests! Hope this helps..

I have a two year old daughter and a newborn due in May, I am concerned about scheduling for my 2 year old and newborn baby, with feedings, bath, naps, playtime….does anyone have any suggestions or schedule chart examples that they use for their children ? I want to be prepared before the newborn arrives….or at least try to be prepared as best as I can

Scheduling infants is associated with ‘failure to thrive’ — very much not a good idea. I would suggest focusing more on learning useful skills, like nursing a baby in a sling.

I Am looking for a cheap baby crib or bonnet basket(not the headwear) but the basket, my friend is having a baby shower soon,and i would like to get either one, and fill it up with baby supplies, just to show her that i care, any other gift ideas thats possibly better?
Im going to make sure i get a nice and sturdy crib, even if its a used one that i can buy new quilting for, that would be helpful…what was the best gift you got for your baby shower (besides after the fact, which probably was your baby) lol

If you get a GOOD crib you will want to get one that’s at least $ 100 and honestly that is cheap. Or you could make her a diaper cake, those are always pretty neat.
